TRAVEL FEES
At The Barrington Celebrant, I love bringing meaningful ceremonies to couples and families in beautiful locations. While travel within 50km of Stroud, NSW, is included, ceremonies beyond this may require a small travel fee to cover time and expenses.
Within 50km of Stroud, NSW: Included
50-100km: $50
100+km: $100 or actual travel costs (whichever is greater)

Payment Terms
Your ceremony is a special occasion, and to ensure everything runs smoothly, a booking deposit is required to secure your date. This helps cover preparation time and guarantees my availability. I understand that every couple’s situation is different, so flexible payment options are available if needed.
A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking.
Full payment is due 14 days before the ceremony date.
Payment plans are available upon request.

CANCELLATION BY CLIENT
More than 60 Days Before the Ceremony:
A full refund of any deposit paid will be issued, minus a $100 administrative fee.
30 to 60 Days Before the Ceremony:
A 50% refund of the deposit will be issued.
The remaining deposit will cover administrative costs and preparatory work.
Less than 30 Days Before the Ceremony:
The deposit is non-refundable due to the time and resources dedicated to your event.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling is subject to availability.
If the new date is within 60 days of the original date, the deposit will be transferred.
If the new date is more than 60 days away, a $100 rescheduling fee will apply.
